You would have seen people advertising or may have looked for buying cars from auctions.  But when you do that there is one thing you have forgotten.  Like me 95% of Americans would do it by reading the word “MUST HAVE A DEALER LICENSE TO PARTICIPATE." You will go back.  Even I do the same.

When you are doing your business under your control, why you should pay to the government.  When it comes to automobile, which will spend money for getting dealer licenses.  One more thing to add your headache. Who will get into such long problematic process?  Lot of paper work, formalities, checking credibility tax documents etc. etc.  Definitely I won’t take such huge pain.  If you are one like me, even you won’t.  There is enough head ache!  

Thank God! For us there were no people who discouraged us at times of difficulty – especially when huge amount of money is going to be saved.  The wisest thing I had done is that I married my wife who is one of those type of person.

Both of us were sitting and watching TV last night where there came an advertisement on “police seized cars at pennies on the dollar!”  It was a government ad for auto auctions.  It was a time that we were sitting after smashing my car over a deer two days back.  And it is difficult for my wife to get to work without a car.  Immediately I sat on the net browsing for the said site and when I saw that a dealer license is required, I have up.  But my wife was positive.  She thought it is not going to cost more by making a few phone calls!

Once again I would say that it is my luck that I married my wife. Because just by making a few phone calls she got all information about how to get a dealers license.  Immediately we made a trip to the secretary’s office and giving off a cheque we could get the license immediately.  It is a very simple process.  There is no much pain in it.  Dealer license is available in two types. Permanent one and a temporary one.  We took a temporary license only and went and participated in the auction and got a good car for us.

Later on I thought of the idea is worth full and started doing this business.  Get cars at few pennies and sell it for a higher price later on!  What an idea!
